This floor plan seemed familiar but without the stilts. It’s a nice home, well laid out with sufficient room throughout. You did the home justice. The back porch was very nice. BTW, I emailed the general manager in Plant City and thanked him for allowing you to film and also that you did both Palm Harbor and Plant City proud. I’ve enjoyed all of your videos. I worked in the 90s for an unnamed quality offsite manufactured homes . Drug use was rampant there was a literal community bowl of mini thins in the breakroom on the table. I have worked the same jobs as recently as 2009 in quality control these homes are ALWAYS built too quickly by a workforce with about a 50 percent drug use average. If you ever have to pull one of these things apart you will find out.

Beautiful Home! I can see this home located down In Key West. The older you get, tubs can be very dangerous. Alot of accidents happen in tubs with older adults. Tubs are very difficult to get in & out of. Plus they are really hard to clean. I do realize some people like to soak in a tub, the first bathroom has a tub to use for soaking if needed for youself or if you have little kids or grandkids. Big showers with a nice seat are the best for my lifestyle. Everyone likes different things, so for that being said there are so many different homes and options. Love seeing the variety of homes you show us. I enjoy watching your videos. I learn alot from your channel. Thanks Chance. Your Awesome!

I used to live in Florida and that house was there when I moved away. And that was over 12 years ago. They used to have a REALLY nice 2 story house that had a story stone fireplace. If they still make it, that would be a nice house to video.

To the builder - I wish you had expanded the laundry room into that tiny bedroom, maybe room for a stand up freezer and a computer desk area in there too ... then incorporated that parlor into a 3rd bedroom instead. With just 3 bedrooms, not so much need for a second living/family room. Loads of detail with the trey ceilings. The colors and staging sure do a lot to “sell” this home.

I dont know how well they're doing it now, but when I was installing myself Homes of merit was one of the Best mobile homes in florida,but I'm very impressed by these palm harbors you showed us. Very impressive! Love seeing barn doors more often because it's a better use of some smaller rooms without all that door swing cutting into the room (and I just think it looks so much cooler.)

I don’t do heights either, Chance. Not my thing! So the stilts can go but I love this layout. I’m not concerned about a tub in master bath as long as there is a tub in other bathroom. I love the barn doors leading into the kitchen. Only thing I would have liked better was a farmhouse sink and a big pantry...lol. This girl loves big pantries with lots of storage space. You do the best job of all the others I have seen. Keep up the good work!

Omg...you tickle me! You felt "Pantry wrath" cause ya missed 1... all the homes you show, missing 1 door is forgivable! This was such a nice home. Just thought that room off the kitchen was a pantry. Beautiful house. First time I've ever seen one on stilts like that. Very unique. I noticed the color schemes these days for most of the homes you've videoed are either sea blue or sea green which is beautiful. I loved the metal framed bed in the back room they used to stage the home. I haven't seen one since I was a kid at my grandparents house and I'm not exactly a spring chicken. The home just made me feel peaceful. Good staging really works!

Once again I get stuck in the kitchen of a home. I wasn't initially impressed when I saw the floor plan but this kitchen with it's teal & gray backlash had me mesmerized. And the teal is in the bathroom! And the master bedroom... It's perfect! Love that green accent wall! I love everything except the lack of a tub in the master (I know it can be added). This is my second fav of all time that you've reviewed!

I love this home. I give it score of 8 out of 10. If it were a beach home I would love for the porch to be a complete wrap around with stairs leading down to have direct access to the beach. I would also like a jacuzzi tub/shower combo in the master bedroom. I do love that the kitchen has so many cabinets. Nice tour. Thank you so much.🙂
