I found the water coming in my bilge when it rains and wash down is coming from the access hatches in the engine well. What do you recommend to fix it ?

Hi OfficerDave78, well based on the information you provide us, we recommend sealing hatches with new weather stripping. This will help and prevent water intrusion. I have a 2020 262 and always have water in bilge. With all the drainage bilge should be dry. Where is it coming from ?

@@OfficerDave78 Based on what you describe, we think it could be due to a clogged hose. Since it happens after a rain, is the drain hoses in all of the deck hatches. A hose fell off, its cracked, or its clogged, and the water is not draining overboard properly. Usually, it’s a clogged hose. There are also 2 cockpit drains. One of those may not be draining properly for the same reasons. Nevertheless, we recommend contacting your dealer for a better inspection of the boat. @@IntermarineBoats my boat is at the dealer for some gel coat cracking at the dive door and transom. Told them about water in bilge see if they can find anything
