What are the sizes and pricing on the condos and HOA fees. Is the golf free for the condos also.

The golf membership is free to the first 800 homes but there is a greens/cart fee of $30 you still need to pay per round.

Great sizes and floor plans. Where does this community lie in regards to the flood/evacuation map?

Thank you for the feedback and great questions! Most of Wellen Park is in flood zone X (an area that is determined to be outside the 100- and 500-year floodplains) or X500 (an area inundated by 500-year flooding). However, the flood zone should always be checked for a specific address as flood risk can vary from one lot to another. I just checked with the county evacuation map, and Wellen Park Golf and Country Club is in storm evacuation zone B. Reach out if you need anything else and thanks for watching!

It’s awesome but gets pricey during snowbird season. Eventually it will be private so we better go before then.

Lovely homes some are absolutely breath taking . That being said for the amount of money being spent on these homes why are the closets made of wire and not wood like you see in the modern house trailers? I mean if they can do it then sending 5 times as much you would think these people could do it also.

I agree that cheap wire racks in the closets is not a good look. Fortunately, you can always upgrade to a much more elaborate closet system. Many of our customers chose to upgrade.
