G4S is basically non-existent in my country after a security guard beat up a person with a baton in 2009. With that said, this has made Beat-U-Ritas the dominant security guard company even though they got some of their contracts through bribery and corruption.

None of the centre staff behaved admirably and they've completely forgotten what they're there to do - assist the public. They all need to be hauled over the coals and, preferably, sacked.

Prior restraint historically has been approved for use by governments mostly in cases of national security, with a few exceptions.
