Also, because one individual died from fasting it doesn't mean it is more risky or not way better than hupernourishment. Just like your very well though off protocols so does fasting need to be done. Your example is just an n= 1 not the reality of properly conducted and supervised fasts and conesquent fruit diets. Grasping on such examples makes it appear your trying to sell your protocol over fasting + fruits just because you fear and do not understand the former and never really cared for the later. But, beyond all that our species specific diet can only be raw and can only be fruit based because all of those super "nutrition" greens do not really appeal to our senses and most of them we invented (like broccoli). Sorry but no. We are frugivores not smoothivores or saladivors.
@flattlandermontgomery15249 ай бұрын
I agree that fruit is our species specific diet. However, because we are such a sick population I believe that we need the veggies in order to get the materials our bodies need in order to heal. Even Dr. Morse's protocol includes herbs, he uses herbs to heal his patients because fruit alone isn't enough (or maybe it's not fast enough?). Dr. Gs protocol doesn't use herbs, it uses the phytonutrients of vegetables which are far less potent, so we need a larger amount. Our bodies are in a deficit because of eating terribly since birth, we either need to hyper nourish, or use healing herbs to get back to health, then we need to get onto our species specific diet. I believe we can heal by eating fruit and fasting, but I think it might be faster using Dr. Gs protocols and people who are extremely sick, need speedy healing. People reverse serious, debilitating and deadly conditions in six weeks using her rapid recovery program. This is my opinion and it's based on observation, maybe I'm wrong and we can heal simply by switching to fruit, and fasting first. But I have seen tons of people heal, through Dr. Gs protocol because of being in the facebook group. I am not exposed to people who heal with fasting and fruit so maybe they are out there and I just didn't know about it. PS I'm scared of water fasting, because I don't know how to break the fast, and am open to advice on that.
@adriangabrielgramada10169 ай бұрын
@@flattlandermontgomery1524 We can talk about water fasting and how to do it properly especially at the end. I did many small fasts + daily IF for years. Still do. Then a 21 days fast alongside many others and under supervision. I have at least the safety basis to share. Also, I know some bodies need not just eliminate tons of stuff and do a full reset but also need nutrients at the same time. However pushing good stuff over a dirty pipe can only clean it much. The main thing with eater fasting done right is the mental reset. Then any nutrients would go way further. The greens and herbs also burden the body with the anti-nutrients we were never supposed to eat and toxifying an already sick body might speed things up but never heal the healing mechanisms. In other words green crouches or green chemo as once on them always on them. After suficient fasting the body will actually be able jot to depend on the good stuff to be stimulated to heal. It will be yet again vital enough to heal completely on its own. Greens and herbs promote healing by stimulation and dopping. Fasting allows for the healing to come naturally and actually be real healing and better and stronger the more it is smartly repeated 🙂 The effect seems the same but there's only one path that has no catch and actually makes the body and mind more autonomous and powerful and resilient even if it takes longer and more patience and smarts 😇 Guess what it is ? Sure, upon breaking any such fast some very light almost liquid and small fruit meals will be introduced and gradually scaled up. But the goodness of the food is besides the point. The strengthen healing mechanisms inside are the true win, allowing yet again more flexibility and resilience for that individual later on instead of constantly chasing the next smoothies or supplement or herbs etc. Healing is internal and only works best if no foods or herbs come in. Foods not heal per se as all their magic nutrients mean nothing if the body cannot use them. Thus, the only healing worth chasing to have true power and true freedom is fasting from everything and everyone even (even the good stuff). No matter how nice the new furniture would be and even capable of deterring the attention from dirt still in the house it is infinitely better to clean up everything before before installing it 🙂
