There was one point I was always curious about those Wells Fargo fake accounts you mention. Keep in mind that happened during the Clinton years, when it was shown that a lot of the checks they said were campaign donations were sequentially numbered, but from different names. Soooo.... I questioned what kind of transactions were being done by those fake accounts, where did the money come from to open them, and who did the money go to? I don't recall that there was ever anyone brought up on that, was there? And there was never any mention of what those accounts were for, or were there any checks issued, and if so, to whom.

Is our society so work driven that bosses and supervisors are so used to workers being over worked that long as you die sitting at your desk, no one will notice you been dead half a week until you start smelling and EVEN THEN, it’s questionable coworkers would think bad plumbing before they look at you in the same clothes for 4 days. She passes away on Friday. The office building was closed Saturday & Sunday. She was found on Monday around noon. No one found her before that because no one was in the building on Saturday & Sunday. If she died Friday afternoon & no one was in the building Saturday & Sunday then that means there were people around her for about 6 hours before they noticed. Maybe a couple of hours on Friday before people went home for the weekend then 4 hours on Monday (8am-noon). So it wasn’t like there were people all around her for a hundred hours or more & no one noticed. No one was in the building for 2 days. Still a sad situation since no one noticed she didn’t leave Friday or that her car hadn’t moved. No family or friends checked on her over the weekend. No neighbors wondered where she was after not seeing her all weekend. She must have kept to herself most of the time.

@learobinson4450
@learobinson4450 2 ай бұрын
@ EvenEmUpTommy. She might not have had a car. Most people do but perhaps she took a bus to work so that’s why no one noticed a car in the parking lot over the weekend. That’s the only reason I can think of at least. Lots of buildings don’t have full security details on weekends, especially if there’s alarms & video cameras. If there is a security guard on duty during the weekend they usually stay around the first floor to keep an eye on the doors. Doubtful they’d do a full walk through of the entire building especially if office doors were locked. If a lot of employees work from home & only go into the office 1 or 2 days a week there’s no need to have a cleaning crew go through & empty the trash every night. Just cleaning once a week would suffice. So if she took the bus to work & died Friday afternoon when most of her coworkers were working from home & the building was locked down all weekend it’s not that surprising she wasn’t discovered until noon on Monday. Still a sad situation. I can’t help but wonder why no family or friends missed her over the weekend. I’m single with no children but I talk & text with my parents & siblings & friends on the weekends. Plus we often get together or go out. They would be concerned if they couldn’t reach me for a couple of days. My neighbors would also notice if I wasn’t around since I’ve lived here for over 20 years. There’s been a couple of times the neighbors have noticed that one of us hasn’t been out & the car hadn’t been moved. One was in bed with the flu & pneumonia so neighbors got in through a window & found him & called an ambulance. The other was dead in the bathroom & had probably been dead for 18-24 hours. It’s important to be an active part of a community so people will look out for one another. Unfortunately this lady didn’t seem to have that.

Have you ever worked in an office environment where its a sea of cubicles and everyone works from home so the place is eerily abandoned? Believable. Nobody walked down the poor woman's aisle.

@@firstsgt279I understand, but what do the other employees expect the bosses to do about it if no one else is around? Even a security guard isn’t going to check every single desk because the guards have to cover as much ground as possible in the time they are there. Should they install cameras in every office?

EVERY SINGLE PERSON that works in that building should be ashamed of themselves. Cleaning Crew - Obviously not cleaning - Fired! Security Guards - Obviously not making full rounds - Fired! Manager - Obviously not checking on employees - Fired! Employees - Obviously not having any kind of concern or common courtesies - Fired! And they are bringing in a grief counselor. For what? It's clear that none of them cared enough to even check on this woman.

I used to work at a different bank. On my whiteboard was an article about people in Japan whose official cause of death was "overwork." My co-workers and I noted that the deceased folks in Japan had worked less hours than we regularly did. Management made me take it down, so... problem solved!

From my 10+ years experience in corporate american offices in Georgia and Florida, pre and post pandemic. I've noticed that older remote workers are not closely monitored all day every day like younger workers who take on most of the workload. The real questions is why she even came into the office on a Friday while everyone is working from home??? I made a reaction video on this story on my channel kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIuYep6LZ76MpZIsi=PSAsz-EbWJ6cpyXw

Very tragic 😢 security, the staff no one saw her checked in on her computer at cubicle just sitting in chair or slumped over? Jesus. Our office didn't have high cubicles they were eye level attached to each other so you can see your teammates. Condolences to her and family so sorry to hear this happened at work crisis. Wells Fargo should be liable and security. I know some may not communicate with family, friends, daily. She was 60. I would hope she had coworkers to come by desk say Hi like employee said. 😢 Now there is investigation to occur because negligence happened while at work 🙏🏽
