Why it feels like they have just learned everything like a robot and answering it ….like why they are not feeling like a human …I think that why we have mug up culture in our education….tbh we students don’t want a teacher we want a mentor to whom we can freely ask questions and they won’t judge even if in interview they says that they will not judge but I am telling you it’s the mindset in our education system that students who are intelligent they are given more priority than the weak ones ….I have seen an interview of American school in which an Indian went the question were asked from that teacher that what is the ideal class according to you? The teacher answer that a class which has a pin drop silence and they are listening …..she got rejected….the interviewer gave his review to that teacher…he said how can you expect a class having pin drop silence are they not humans if they will not interact if they are just listening don’t you think they are just becoming like a robot, don’t think yourself like a hitler they have the rights to question you and even not attending your class if any student don’t attend your class will you not go to that student and ask that what’s the problem why it’s the duty of students to come to you, always remember we are the one giving service and if the students are not satisfied then it’s the duty of teachers to make them satisfied , you can’t keep that ego of being a teacher when your students are not satisfied with u….I think people are smart enough to understand that what our Indian education system is lacking.
