Public Speaking Is Easy To get a Himalayan out of a Persian, the Persian has to have the Color Point Carrier (CPC) gene. Without it, you can not get a Himalayan out of a Persian. If you don't know if your Persian is a CPC, you would have to do a DNA test to determine it.
