Hey Guys, Talk about Adam’s range, you will be amazed to react to his singing “Nessum Dorma” with Queen in Italy. Adam was singing it as a warmup when Brian encouraged him to sing it onstage for the audience. Absolutely STUNNING!!!!

I didn’t watch Adam’s season of American Idol, (I was long over it by then) but saw clips of some of hos performances and knew that he could really sing. Then when Queen picked him to tour with, (and maybe record with them?) I knew that he HAD to be better than average to stand in the shoes of Freddie Mercury. Then there is George Michael who had a beautiful voice, and was a great singer. I was skeptical of this performance, but he killed it! This is one of my favorite George Michael songs. The original is still my favorite, but bravo to Adam. It is always hard to go up against the original artist because people generally are locked into the original version if you like a song at all, but Adam should stand tall in this performance! 👌🏽

Adam Lambert has an incredible voice! I’ve recently started delving into some of his original solo music & everything I’ve listened to so far is really good! I prefer the sad ballads, always have for some reason, but his uptempo stuff is really good too!

Angel Food is a charity in LA that George Michael supported both by giving huge sums of money to and he actually cooked and served in their in house kitchen all the time when he lived there. It supplies food to those in need in the city both by in place food and delivery to housebound people. This event was to honor George's part in their history and to raise money. George's sister requested Adam to preform there and of course he was happy to do so.

Aword Shows should learn a lesson from Adam's. You need the right performer to truly due justice to artists like David Bowie and George Michael. Adam should have been the one on Awords shows honoring them. With respect, l think Chris Martin, Adele and all the rest need to watch and learn - this is the way you honour George's incredible music. Adam always stands head and shoulders above all the others whatever he does. He trule is a "gift from God" as Brian May said not only for his superb vocal ability and artistry but because he is as beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside

Throwing that Adam signature sound atop a GM song. Adam uses his vibratos forward while GM was able to subdue his so they both have amazing vocal control. GM was a perfectionist, Adam can be too but he he probably only has a short time to learn the songs which makes a difference when you have sung them your whole career. Bravo though. Adam did the song justice.

I have followed George's career since the time he was on American Bandstand with Wham. What a once in a lifetime, incredible vocalist songwriter and producer, this man was. George had an extremely rare talent to cover other people's, songs and elevate them, as well as making them his own while being respectful to the original. Somewhere, I read that artists dreaded George covering their music because it would no longer be their song. I recently watched a vocal coach (wings of pegasus) analyze a live performance of a different corner. It was absolutely fascinating and gave you a better insight into the talent that this man had and his vocal ability.
