2023 is a centenary year for Wembley, but sadly, football didn't went home with a trophy. I hope two Premier League clubs will play in the 2024 UCL Final. Might be Liverpool and Manchester City.

@@fate9567 Ah, this was my joke, but anyway, nothing is impossible. Dark horses can do anything. Never underestimate the weaker sides. Manchester City were still favourites, though. Manchester United and Arsenal could be the big dark horses. Last season, Inter Milan were also reaching the final, despite being placed in group of death.

I actually agree with you, one just has to look at all the history the old one had not just in sporting terms but also in music terms as examples huge concerts like Live Aid, the 2 nights Queen played at wembley in 1986, later on people like Michael Jackson, Tina Turner just to name a few.

90,000 seats, poor public transport, narrow horse and cart routes, severe parking problems, never-ending roadworks, road narrowing schemes, long traffic jams, heavy air pollution, noise and lots more besides. A pure recipe for disaster. Wouldn't it have been a better idea if a brand new stadium was built between Birmingham and Manchester with special public transport only reach? Or is too much hard work?
