Honestly depends on how well England is playing. I went to England vs Bulgaria it wasn't anything like the atmosphere at an old firm Derby but it certainly wasn't quiet. The atmosphere is much better when your watching your own club. I've been to two playoff finals and a league Cup final and they were some of the best matches I've been to (atmosphere wise).
