I always found it a little frustrating when I couldn’t properly hear Salacuse before so I like him having his own mic. Oh and I definitely relate to Marks sleep problems. One thing I’ve discovered recently is cbd helps make me drowsy enough to sleep waay more quickly and if I wake up I’m more likely to fall back asleep, which is normally really difficult for me. It’s not a miracle but I highly recommend it. I’d go with one made from hemp because the kind that even has trace amounts of thc makes you a bit spacey IMO. Melatonin for me personally makes me feel awful the next day even with lots of sleep.

1:19:05: Well, what can I say, I watched a lot of movies in my formative years on HBO (the one aired in Indian subcontinent, and had commercial breaks), and Star Movies (the one dedicated to South East Asia, but somehow our cable network subscribed to that, that channel had no commercial breaks). The commercial breaks were PEE BREAKS! My bladder gets cray cray when I'm watching a good movie/game/playing AoE, so, I'd just run back and forth to pee each time commercials would roll in. And watching movies on Star Movies for that reason was a special challenge! I still recall missing a few scenes of Hocus Pocus when I first watched it because it was morning show and I was watching the movie while eating breakfast! And another break was extremely significant for me, it was for Mortal Kombat (1995) movie, right before the Goro vs Cage fight. Boyyyyyy does that get on my nerves each time (yiss I'm a lifelong member of Anti Goro club since the first time I played MK, go hate on me!). Like gaaah! Commercial breaks are the reason I didn't get as many incidents of UTI as I probably would in pre teen and teen days!

53:34: Tantrums! THIS CALLS FOR LEGIT TANTRUMS! And my days still start with tantrums "invited" in this form on weekends. Lucky for me, it's parents and not a partner. In 1998, a cousin painted my nails IN A WINTER MORNING while asking this question, she got slapped square in her face. And both of us were crying (me, for painted nails, her, for being slapped for the first time EVER). And it's not easy for easy sleepers to understand what it takes, as far I have gathered. They very likely don't get it, that the sleep took A LOT to "achieve" and once it's "shaken off" forcefully it just RUINS EVERYTHING! In fact I was mad this bloody morning for being coerced out of sleep. GAAAAAAH I HATE IT! It's painful because in early hours of night it feels like that bloody shit isn't coming, the sleep only (at snail speed) creeps in like just a few tight hours before wake-up time, and ughhhh then the bloody anxiety kicks in, because it's hard to wake up from sleep at that hour to meet the wake up time deadline. GAAAAAAAHARUIAEWRJJFOEIHIFEPOF!
