It would be great, if you gave us like a test at the end of series or just before you start modeling give us a full rotation of the model so we try it out ourselves. Great video btw!

Those bottom shading issues will always be a problem to fix with vanilla blender and the way you move verts. I suggest start using mesh machine / machin3tools where you can move verts along polygons and keep the shape of the sphere easy.

You can try the auto generated subtitles, the main reason I am not adding subs in these video is because the subs can be pretty distracting especially when I am in the edit mode moving objects around 🤓

Hi Wenbo, thanks for the very great tutorial. Maybe I am late to do this challenge. hope you still have eyes on this comment section I have a question. is there any particular reason you rotate the round cube 45 degrees?

Bro, why are you spending so much time fixing the entire grid if the model is not for game development? You could apply subdivision at the 13th minute, and the model would look the same. Ngons don't affect shading when they are on a flat surface. For static rendering, it's not necessary to fix the entire grid; it's just a waste of time.
