I remember when he played for QLD rugby union and they had a game against Samoa. It was the first time I had ever seen someone Bump off Trevor Leota one on one. Wendell was awesome for Wallabies.

When I started watching NRL as a kid Brisbane had him and Lote Tuqiri on the wings and Lockeyer at fullback. Greatest time to become a Broncos fan.
