The couple of bucks that Eeriecast cost is worth it! Both of Darkness Prevails audio books not to mention his whole library for less than the cost of an energy drink. I'm telling y'all this book is so good! I'm at chapter 30. The end is close. What a wild ride. One thing I really look for is character development and LORE has not disappointed me. You will not be disappointed.

I have to listen to Darkness Prevails to go to sleep, it started about 2 years ago I had something happen and I couldn't go to sleep cause I would think about that bad thing and I found him and now I have to have listen to DP. I just go to the Playlist and hit play all and have the coolest dreams ever. I don't know how I didn't do this years ago lol

It was cool until he started talking about Yupik. I lived there in their villages. Many thousands of Yupik. It's tundra country out in most of it. Life is all about the lower Yukon river. The most Eastern villages have some woods and larger hills, but it is super far from Canada. It's not even close to Fairbanks in the middle of the state. I coached a sports team and been to most of the schools. The ice fishing in that part of Alaska is on the Yukon River. There's no Wendigo tradition there. They have different scary stories: little pale girl (ghost or spirit, bad omen) and the Little Hairy Man (something like a small Sasquatch and a trickster type, mischief). The old ones also believe in evil shaman sorcerers.
