I summoned a demon to become a Christian. I know how that sounds but hear me out... 🙏🏿 I was a celibate (Denying my homosexuality) until I was 28 at wich point I suffered an intense moment of weakness becoming so lonely I wondered if death would be a better choice. Being a Christian I knew suicide would land me in a place I don't want to be. But I also knew that I could not continue to live as I was. I had tried time and again to be with a woman (out of wedlock I know) but I was desperate to prove to myself that I could overcome this homosexuality, as I had been praying to be freed of it since I was 17. But I simply could not. My "equipment " would not respond to a female no matter the type. Now, I was raised not necessarily IN ,occult practices, but around them enough to know the terminology to research. I knew the basics, which I won't get into here for obvious reasons. -A month of research. -I meet a girl. She was amazing. She was the one I wanted to be with. But I didn't wanna mess it up so I told her everything. How much I wanted a wife. A child. -2 weeks of prep. -Ritual day: Although the goetia provides a ritual, I made adjustments I was already familiar with and loosely followed the original structure. I sound fake and cliche but this far into what happened I have no reason to lie, and can provide proof even of the events that followed: In a trance, I saw the demon I called. S**** I used a black mirror I made out of a large framed mirror. I spoke with it. I told it I didn't know if it hated God like I had come to believe, and hated me by proxy, or if it was utterly indifferent to my perceptions of its motives, but it answered. I didn't hear an audible response. It was darker than that. You know how sometimes the holy Spirit lays something on your heart and there is that heavy feeling it gives you? Mixed with like a sadness and a kind of happy bliss at the same time? (I'm a very 'feeling' and emotionally aware type of person) It felt exactly the same when the demon 'spoke'. It was like a bittersweet suggestion that just eases into your mind, but while being direct enough to know it isn't your head voice. You don't need to talk, it's like you just get the knowledge of the conversation as though you already experienced it before even though you haven't. That's the only way I can describe it. -The Request I've already written a lot so I'll wrap up quickly but am willing to provide more details if requested. I asked the demon to remove my same sex attraction and replace it with heterosexual attractions. It mostly refused. It told me to do that, would be to remove the branches from my path, but it would oblige me in adding more to experience on the road. And then it was gone. And I could feel in my bones at that moment it did what it said. On the 20th of next month (July) my daughter will be one year old. Here's the thing though. My daughter is terminally ill. She has a variant of a mitochondrial disease that hasn't even been studied before. My mother and I lived in the hospital with her for 3 months hours away from home because we were scared to leave the hospital. How could we? before she was released home. We lost our jobs, and our apartment. We are working on getting a car. They say she will progress normally until 10 years old at which point her cells will lose the ability to produce their own energy and she will become progressively debilitated until her organs shut down. You see? People think the devil wants your soul, in some Faustian bargain price . But this guilt that I feel inside of me? With every part of my soul screaming that what the Drs say will happen to my daughter is all my fault ? Knowing that Everytime I hold her and make her laugh with her little dimples, that she will never get to experience that with her own children, knowing that I'm the cause of her future death? It doesn't need my soul, my soul is bound in agonizing guilt....and I'll suffer with this until I die... Looking at her you could never tell. Her smile is so beautiful I can't describe it. And her laughter will echo in my mind for the rest of my days. Shes about to start walking. She's already crawling and standing. And my fiance and I have been together for 3 years now. We got a large apartment with my brother and his gf so that rents manageable in this university town. We recently found a local church to attend. I'm just taking one day at a time. But take it from me, The devil wants to give you your deepest, most sincere desires, and then he wants to rip them all away from you to watch you suffer.

Actually if you look into it, satanists in places like the church of Satan are actually pretty chill and believe in more fundamental moral human rights that a lot of religious people don’t. For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit." In context this is talking about the King of Babylon, but why would God tell Isaiah to say that, comparing the King of Babylon to Satan himself? If God has no evil in him, but lying is a sin, which is evil, then that means Satan (Lucifer at the time) did the same thing, choosing (free will) to rebel against God and try to overthrow Gods reign, which lines up perfectly with Revelations 12: 7-9. Of course after that happened and war broke out in heaven (which disproves "You cannot change your mind once you're in heaven or hell. Neither can other spirits." because clearly Satan did so along with 1/3 of the angels) He and the angels against God were cast out of heaven, which he cannot go back to (hence my jail cell analogy). Another example of spirits changing their mind (free will) is in one of Jesus's parables. Luke 16: 22-26 "And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence." The rich man in hell begged for forgiveness, thus changing his mind and repenting for his wickedness (free will) but He couldn't get water from Lazarus or choose to leave hell because of the gulf between hell and paradise, which the rich man was put in from his choices (free will =/= free choice). If God has no evil in him, and Jesus is sinless, and lying is a sin, then that means that Jesus just said that a spirit changed his mind, but it was too late at that point, because he had already died, but his change of mind was IN the "afterlife", which is the truth because Jesus doesn't lie.

Wendigoons explanation of bibically accurate demons actually makes my experience with a demonic attachment make a whole lot more sense, i was saved and baptized, but i wasnt strong in my faith, i went to haunted hotel with my family, one of the rooms held a demon, due to satanists doing rituals and painting pentagrams all over the walls, well me and my mom decided to ask the demon questions, the usual, who are you, whats your name, etc. And i heard the most terrifying laugh through the spirit box, and i had decided to place my hand on the wall, leaning over, and thats what i personally think had gotten me an attachment with that demon. I remember walking outside and looking back at the building, i turned around and bawled my eyes out, the amount of power i felt in that room genuinely scared me, after all of this i threw away my faith in christ and worshipped idols, i had always thought then that this idol worshipping would benefit me more than what god would do, a statement that is completely false. I have converted back to Christianity, i have been saved and baptized once more, and i plan on studying religious demonology, to teach others who we are really facing in this spiritual battle with the devil and his minions.

One theory of evil is that there are three kinds. The first praises freedom and rebelling against the rules for good. This is the evil of the masses. This is followed by authoritarian evil which strictly represses all people and forces them to so bad. This is the evil of the elite. The third and final is the evil of annihilation, where the demonic overlords betray even their own worshippers and seek the destruction of all creation. The D&D devils and demons fit the second and third evil, but not the first. Which is interesting cause all three kinds are at odds with eachother and would betray the other. So the creators themselves probably are the first kind of evil which only considers the other two as evil.

The story of the legion demons is incredibly interesting to me, as it was Jewish countrymen raising swine (unkosher) and Jesus permits the demons to go into the swine, whereby they run the swine off the cliff. I have been studying this stuff for many years and I get excited when I see young people seriously discussing this subject. Wendigoon is right on track with most of what he was talking about but missing some key things that would clear things up for him. I would love to give him some good references if he was ever to see this.

I was super into the occult when i read that book. Ive noticed a lot of the sigils from the book are used out of context in a lot of movies. Like the pentagram thing is just a protective rune. Most demons in the book are connected to celestial bodies and each operates on specific domains. Like the moon demon/spirit offers prowess in love and mysticism while Aries offers physical streangth. Also the incantations have degrees of likellyhood, like the more effort you put in a ritual the better the odds of it working. You can use medalions, prayers, and other seals. My Religious teacher was impressed i knew about it, but he told me to be careful

15:05 Kyle has this wrong, when the demon posesses Damian in the exorcist, you can see it in control of him because of the eyes, and its implied that its next move was to try to r and/or kill Reagan in Damian's "holy" body which would be the most evil it could do. But Damian was able to regain control for a moment when his eyes change back and you hear him yell "NO!" and then he throws *HIMSELF* out the window. This is the way it was intended to be interpreted. I read it in an exposé about the movie several years ago, can't find it anymore unfortunately.

I always interpreted it that way. He gained back control of his body and willingly killed himself to protect Reagan. I wonder how that act would be interpreted by god since suicide is a no-no.

@@S1N1CAL I've always been told if you're giving/taking your life to protect that of another's life then it is good--saving a or many lives by only sacrificing your own, i.e. placing yourself on a live grenade to protect those around you.

Honestly if you ask me what is most likely the work of demon’s I would say the idea of the prosperity gospel. “Follow god so that you can be rich,” feels exactly like something a demon trying to trick you would say.
