yeah... I am tired of being slapped in the face by this show's producers. I am DONE! They are still giving Wendy the short end of the stick and she has literally done NOTHING to anyone on the show. Her blow ups (if you can even call them that) were reactions to things that were done to her. YET they still have her looking crazy on this show. Why didn't we get more footage of Wendy deciding to quit her CAREER! Why didn't we get the full conversation between Wendy and Gizelle? I am done. I think it was disgusting that he brought it up on camera to humiliate her because he could no longer control her. Gordon. Gordon doesn't want a paternity test and his selfishness put him in that predicament as he became bitter. There are many marriages that are open with children but they are not reality celebrities. The Gizelle + Wendy conversation was awful lol. I blame Gizelle largely for that BUT, I truly think that the producers want the audience to move on from the Gizelle and Wendy situation. I think they chose to give each woman a flash back from their side and just wrap it up. I think whether people want to admit it or not, nothing would be good enough. People want Gizelle off that show. People feel Wendy has been maligned unfairly(much of this is true). But I think the Potomac urge to bring the past up as justification for anything happening now is something producers want the audience to move from and focus on the current season. Plus so much of their beef also involved Candiace and Robyn and I def think the show wants us to move on from them too now. It could’ve been better but at this point I just want them to move forward. Just my opinion-great review

From what I remember for the 7th season, the cast agreed to negotiate their new contracts. When it was time to negotiate, Jill Marie was the only one that tried to get more out of her contract and the other cast just accepted what they were given. So the producers decided not to renew her contract.

Giselle played victim instead of taking accountability for how she started the beef between her and Wendy from repeating cheating rumors about Eddie to being team Mia for assaulting her for being team Nneka for accusing Wendy's mother for putting her name on shrines. Production is again dead wrong for editing that out. Mia is a joke, a lying one at that for this new storyline. It's ironic how Karen and Giselle apologized to Mia's grimy self for this mess, but Giselle never apologized to Wendy for how she treated her. Stacey will learn how grimy also Ashley is. I remember in Season 7 Wendy talked about the fake rumor about her husband, hence the scene between her and Gizelle in Williamsburg and it was addressed again in the Season 7 reunion along with the Miami incident in which Gizelle was hypocritical in her response to Wendy being assaulted by Mia. Then in the Season 8 reunion they did address the topic of Gizelle talking about Wendy's mother, but as Gizelle said she did not know her mother was in the hospital because truth be told, they were not talking to each other and Wendy did not let the entire group know her mother was in the hospital while they were in Austin. Gizelle did admit to saying what she said, but she also said she had no clue that her mother was in the hospital at the time. I don't think these tough topics were glossed over. They have addressed them, it's just how many times does it need to be addressed? I'm glad to see them move on and the only way to truly go forward is to give each other the opportunity and time to see a change in behavior and not keep brining up the same grievances over and over. 💛💛💛

I agree with you to a certain extent. I like Gizelle, but this scene didn’t do her any favors. A number of people have been complaining that production glossed over the sit down and protected Gizelle. I actually disagree and believe it made her look worse. It didn’t show her apologizing. It showed her being on the phone when Wendy sat down. She barely took accountability. I’d rather see a little more of the back and forth to show Wendy addressing her issues and seeing Gizelle’s response.

Why do they show so many previews that actually don't happen until later in the season?

It was a disservice to not see the full conversation between Wendy and Gizelle. Stacy should try to be more proactive with regards to having her daughter learn more about her African American side. There are museums, visit her family more often or have family visit more often, make friends and have more play dates with Black children, move to a more mixed neighborhood and put her in a more mixed school. I think Ashley shouldn’t comment on Stacy’s marriage/divorce when she can’t get her own situation straight. :/
