42:45 I can answer that. As a black woman who worked in federal government and in the private sector, I can tell you that primarily who approaches us for serious dating are non-black men. Yes, there are black women officials who are married to black men, but a large percentage of them are either single or married to someone who is non-black, particularly white men. First of all, there aren't an abundance of eligible black men around us in those circles. Secondly, when we do meet them, many times, they are either gay or dating white women. It's like we're last on their options list. Will the straight ones try to sleep with us? Sometimes. Will they try to seriously date us? Many times, the answer is no. Again, I know this from experience. I have a number of black male friends in those circles, but the majority are either gay or with white women. The handful of others are single and still "playing" or in a rare instance married to a successful black woman. One of the few black men whom I know who was married to a gorgeous, successful, black woman attorney is now divorced because he left her for a shoe salesman. No cap. Black women are just understanding that we need to keep our options open and stop passing up good men just because they aren't black. If he loves, respects, and protects you; if he is financially stable and has a strong sense of his career identity; if he knows who he is outside of his job; if you are compatible on wanting or not wanting children, your personalities, religion, and approach to the world, then go ahead and marry him.

Yes, Black women are the most educated demographic in America. A lot of people are surprised to hear that, but Black women get have the highest degrees in proportion to the population. That often translates to being in positions where they are the only Black person in C-level or positions in a company or organization. They out-earn Black men so when attitudes towards interracial dating has become more open, BW choose to find partners who have their same level of success regardless of their race.
@princellasmith7562
@princellasmith7562 2 жыл бұрын
@@VirgoShxt exactly. See, everyone? This is what I mean. Is it fair that black women have to do what literally no other woman in any other ethnicity has to do and open ourselves up to other ethnicities out of necessity? No. However, is that any different than anything else that we have to do in our lives? No. Everything is more challenging for is. Yet, we always step up to the plate and overachieve, so we are going to have to do that in our dating and marriage lives, too. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Seems like he still had some I’ll feelings and takes a little glee in seeing her hurt. I don’t like it. He’s used her the entire relationship. Now he’s living off her money. Hi there.. please let me know where in CR is worth visiting for a first time visitor as I’m trying to decide between here and Belize. I don’t plan on having a car while there so any feedback on if you are comfortably able to get to beaches stores etc would be helpful! Hope you are having an amazing time… don’t rush back to the US cuz gas is still sky high 🤦🏾‍♀️

I agree. I do believe she had a breakdown. The crazy thing is she has an older sister and a younger brother, now I can see not having the brother step in, but her sister from what she's said is a professional woman why wouldn't she step in and help her nephew with her sister?. It's terrible Kevin alienated her from everyone, she only has him to help her.. which I do believe he genuinely does still care and probably the only one to get her back on track..

@KW000d9 Not that I owe you or anyone explanation of how and what I comment on, but I've already stated my opinion on the short clip regarding Judge Brown, and I'm from the Philly area so there's that regarding the tragic accident so if I choose to decompress from that situation that's what I'll do... Maybe you should also. You sound stressed worrying about what strangers decide to comment on....smh,.. mind the business that pays you.

I don’t think Wells Fargo is trying to steal Wendy’s money. The banking industry is too regulated for that. If anything they have to be seeing abnormal behavior with her accounts. For this to happen, they are protecting themselves and the customer. They have liability exposure if her money is stolen. She can hold them accountable for letting someone take her $$$$$

@J Law: You are absolutely right. The first mistake Wendy made was by not contacting the bank the same day she fired Lori her financial advisor which Wendy never did, so when Lori told the bank what she did naturally the bank was going to red flag her account, the bank didn’t know Wendy had fired Lori. As a Bank Manager I will say this, there is more to this story that’s being reported, why hasn’t charges been brought against the person who used her American Express Card to hire a attorney to fight her?. And why hasn’t charges been filed against Lori who could lose her license for making false claims against a client.

@@robertdavis1217 ok, I agree my point is that it's possible for them to do unethical/illegal things even though they are "regulated".
