Wendy all are so cute. You are very creative. The keto can make your brain not work right. I am not sure if it gets better. If I remember right it seemed to after awhile. I did keto for a year and half or so... I think if you use enough salt it will help. There are packs of hydration products you can get... but I just ate and drank salty things.
