Wengen is really beautiful - thank you for the great video of a relaxing alpine walk. The profusion of flowers seems to personify the joy of summer in the mountains. Wengen has such a dramatic location too, perched on the edge of the steep Lauterbrunnen Valley - a perfect example of the Romantic idea of the sublime. Have a great week!

Thank you Cocla, I’m really glad you enjoyed. I would spend about 3-4 hours there. You may also want to head up to Kleine Scheidegg (train) or Maennlichen (cable car) as part of your day trip. A walk through Lauterbrunnen is also a great thing to do on a day trip, depending on where you are coming from and what time you arrive.

I have been watching your Switzerland village walk throughs nonstop. I finally convinced my wife to visit Switzerland for our 10 year anniversary! I do have a quick question if you don't mind. Would you recommend staying in both Wengen and Lauterbrunnen to enjoy each village or would staying in one and visiting the other for a half day be enough? Again thank you for the glimpse in to these beautiful mountain villages! Will continue watching these relaxing videos until I am able to visit them myself.

Bicycles are allowed in Wengen. I don’t know about scooters. When I was there I didn’t see any.

The Canon footage is far superior to GP! Edge distortion with GP is unacceptable. Your videography is good, just chose right camera.

Thank you Chuck. I’m using the Gopro much less these days. I’m having issues with the stabilization on the Canon so am only using it for still shots. But I found the DJI Pocket 2 a great alternative to the Gopro for moving shots as it has a gimbal already built-in and produces images with less distortion.
