Arshavin and Walcott were hit and miss, great on their day (like this day against Barca) but also atrocious on others, RvP who was injured every other week was relied on solely for goals. The intelligence and awareness RVP has for the second goal is amazing. Notice the little pointing gesture he gives nasri to pick out the onrushing Arshavin instead, moves the defenders over by going late so more than one starts to move to pick him up and by the time they realise the real danger but it's too late. And just like in any other job, if they're getting a better financial offer from another place or if they feel that their current employer are unable to help them fulfill their personal ambitions in the foreseeable future, they WILL leave. Let's not forget that loyalty goes both ways. Football fans want players that are 'loyal' to their club. But once a player has long term niggling injuries or hit a bad patch in performance, it wouldn't take long before many of the same so called fans would turn their back on those players by screaming insults or even sending death threats to them. Moreover unlike office jobs, athletes have a short career span. They usually retire in their mid 30s which could be cut even shorter if they sustain severe injuries. Therefore, it is understandable if they look to secure for the best financial offer available. Most of us would've done the same thing. So my advice to you is; *Don't be naive!*
