Did you know that most of our fruits & vegetables come from seeds engineered by chemical companies like Bayer (formerly Monsanto), Corteva Agriscience (DuPont), Syngenta (ChemChina), and BASF (the largest chemical producer in the world)? These companies create patented seeds and sell them to farmers, monopolizing the agriculture industry. They market their seeds as 'high-yielding' while sidelining natural, organic heirloom seeds. What many people don’t realize is that chemical corporations are essentially behind most of the food we eat today. Finding real, natural produce that hasn’t been tampered with is becoming increasingly difficult every year. It’s a sad reminder of how far we've strayed from true, unadulterated food from nature.

word of advice... once you get passed the 3 days it your body is pretty much adjusted so it'll be easier going forward. another tip i when those cravings come just take a nap. wake up and drink as much water as you can and you'll be good. I been doing prolonged water fasts since 2019 longest I went was 9 days. you can do the 7 big dog 💪🏾

I’ve studied a lot on fasting before Jumping in on it. #1 it’s Mental do what you say, say what you do. Anytime you waiver you’ve mental decided already to quit. The goal is the goal of its 7 days fight to get there. If it 72hrs fight don’t settle. I can go on and on because I’ve faced those same battles. I don’t know if you did or not but I would highly recommend that you structure you fast. Especially the breaking of your fast, you want to ease your body back into receiving food. Recommend a solid bone broth to break your fast, what you don’t want to do is have a crazy insulin spike by introducing a high carb drink, meal etc. protein is what you want. Think about it no l food for 72hrs and the first thing you introduce is a carbohydrate drink. Not only the insulin spike you can also over rev your metabolism and have a medical emergency. In a nutshell a fasting is a great tool, it’s not to be taken lightly. Thx

What's with these seedless Watermelons??
@JayRedd-l5k6 күн бұрын
@ Exactly! GMO farm raised. It’s like a person being born with no belly button. They ain’t REAL. If it’s not grown from a seed it’s GMO plus doesn’t hold much nutritional value . That’s all they sold in the hood/ inner city I’m from mostly food deserts. You had to travel mostly to farmers markets , the commercial grocery stores carried mostly seedless fruits.
@giobaez68515 күн бұрын
I see you’re starting your health journey, I’ve started mine in 2020 in the northeast. Here’s what I found out about seeded fruit. If it’s seeded it’s good. The word organic does not define the quality. We see organic seedless grapes, which doesn’t make sense. Most fruits are being shipped & flown all around, so the reason the grapes & watermelons aren’t considered organic because they have to be sprayed with pesticides, herbicides to last longer. Clean your fruit in a bowl of spring water with natural baking soda. Also, keep in mind what season it is because that will also let you know what fruit is in season. The best fruit you can find is in your own garden or a fruit farm which is usually in the tropical lands, might be able to find it in Miami but expensive. Look at the label on the fruit, if it is starting with the #3 is GMO. #4 has been sprayed on & #9 is organic.

Salute to you for doing the fast brother, water fast is tough. One of the reasons your energy suffered could be your electrolyte levels were out of balance. Next time, try fasting with coconut water instead of spring water. Also, a pinch of sea salt a couple times a day. Sea moss jelly would also be a great way to stay nourished. I live down in Miami as well, and just finished struggling through a 72-hour liquid fast to start the year. Appreciate the inspiration 🙏🏾

Hey my brotha, I dig the vide and the journey, but just ask for a seeded watermelon fam, no one really calls it a black seed watermelon, its just a reg ol watermelon with seeds and always get organic if you can, but I will say a seeded melon thats not organic is still 1000x better than any seedless melon, but check this place out, Southwest Ranches Farmers Market, you have to travel north tho, like NW fort lauderdale but they have your meats, veggies fruites, but it might be a challenge getting the watermelon cuz its out od the season for them now

Grass fed is a marketing ploy. Fyi, if you're looking for organic, ask for grass fed grass finished meat. If it just says grass fed in usa that just means they were fed grass at one point, not its the food they had.
