Chopped chive sauce is a great idea for deep fried fish! Back then, my most favorite non-V proteins were fish and fish eggs more than anything. I can tell the special Aji you and Gin ordered were good ones! Yes, I love variety of dishes in different bowls and plates for amusing people by one completed meal as well! It's always nice to see you and Gin's satisfied face with delectable dishes! I hope you and your mother visit Sasebo/Nagasaki together sometime.

横からゴメンやけど、英語勉強中の身、日本語で言うところの「青魚」「青身魚」て、英語話者に blue fish で通じるん? つーか、連中に魚の「白身」「赤身」「青身」て区別、あるんかなぁ。

@@mPDC-gh8jy 私はクリスやギンさんに対してコメントしてるから Blue fishっていう書き方しましたが鯵"Horse mackerel"でも良いと思います。 でも日本食に詳しく無い人や、お国柄によってはHorse mackerelと言っても通じない人も居ます😌 あまり通じる通じないとか深く考えなくても良いと思います。 彼らも私たちが知らない単語いっぱい使ってくるしお互いそこから会話が広がって色んな事が知れますよ☺️👍 クリス程の聞き取りやすい英語話す人なかなか居ないからめちゃくちゃ勉強になりますよね!お互い英語勉強頑張りましょうーーー!🥳
Wowza! The deep fried horse mackerel looks delicious! It looks thicker than what I usually eat. I'm curious the garlic chive sauce. I bet it goes well with the deep fried horse mackerel.

wowza! the garlic chive sauce is a great accent to the deep fried horse mackerel. It actually was really good if you add a small amount. My first bite I added too much. It was good but in later bites I learned less is more and it was awesome.
