I have a very small confined space under my kitchen sink.I want to change my mixer taps.Had three plumbers and they can not remove the screws. All have suggested I get a new sink unit. Can you help me

2:23 you are clearly using a 19mm spanner and then you go on to use an 18mm (the correct size) spanner that proves nothing. Also who uses the open end of a spanner to undo a tight bolt? You use the ring end to prevent that from happening. What utter bullshit

they are both 13, but when they change from the normal one to the joker, the bolt is clearly loosened. Look at the scratch on top of the bolt.
