I like that bag... would make a nice sub-carry bag for my most used electrical tools... inside the main bag for easy pull and go. I just picked up the Knipex TwinGrip Slip Joint Pliers myself. They are great. One tool I can't live without and you might want to add... Knipex Raptor Pliers.

Nice back layout! Agree with the choices. Maybe i could add a suggestion. I find a pick always has a place and a time to use. The pb swiss picks are nice and smell like vanilla

@@MillisConstruction Yep , and the Turbo mode is great for 3” NF screws . I’m pretty tempted by the little Wera bag , looks handy , and the totally adjustable divider is very clever . The only snag , I’ll have to order out of the States , and KC and Chads Tool are a very serious source of temptation ! My core tool deployment is still a compact belt holster ( of which I have several , depending on tasking ) . I tend to get a lot of dirty jobs in confined spaces , so the very small tight format is quite useful , that little Wera Tote , would be very useful for parts , and consumables ; for short “ Away Missions “ .

Love the vids, great review’s. I was a Klein guy at first, but I can’t get over the quality of Wera and Knipex.. can you review atlas 46 bags. American made and some of the best quality bags I have for work. The Yorktown and the Benjamin electricians bag are my absolute favorite!! You will love them

They are made to order, so they could take a bit of time to arrive, but worth the wait and money. You will love whatever product you get from them, and the tool vest is an amazing product. I’m searching for a good Velcro setup for little items like that actually, the sets from Wera are really nice, I wish there was one I could use for pica pencils and things on the side of the big bag. Would be super handy

The knipex pliers wrench is a great tool, I use them all the time, especially for holding a nut and zipping the bolt out with my impact. No more going to and from the toolbox for the correct size wrench.

Good general set of tools packed away in there. That kind of approach never works for me, I always seem to have something missing when I carry around a small set of tools like that.

I know, that’s how I ended up carrying a massive veto 🤣 I really didn’t want to do that on these hotel calls so I went as light as possible, I was debating using my MB3 but this was just a lot more accessible than that bag, I kind of like seeing all the tools at a glance more like the TP xxl or the Tech Mct Thanks for checking it out! The one factor that makes you system Viable , is the Rubbermaid type cart , out in the Hallway . I know the feeling , at one time I did a lot of institutional access control , and fire systems , the cart is a Butt saver .

I have a few Wiha tools, they’re great as well. I wouldn’t put them above Knipex though. Lately the trouble with Wiha is they’re trying to make some of their products in other countries too so be sure to look at the information or packaging on specific tools from them as some aren’t made in Germany anymore unfortunately

Whia is nowhere as well made/ engineered as Knipex , I’d rate them more comparable to Klein ( sometimes a bit hit or miss ) . That said , I like their multibit,VDE slimline screwdrivers .

The made in Germany Wiha screwdrivers are very good. Their pliers are made in Vietnam and of pretty good quality, although some of their models are not engineered too well. Their bits are mediocre. Apart from their very good (and usually more expensive then Wera) screwdrivers the are a little bit of a cheaper option here in Germany compared to the top brands in each sector. Knipex screwdivers are not really worth their price btw, they are made by Oplast, a Slovenian OEM. Not terrible quality, but not too good either, rather soft steel. You can get Oplast made drivers cheaper from other brands like Hazet and Gedore (at least over here) or just buy better ones like Wera, Wiha (both cheaper than Knipex) or PB Swiss (more expensive but maybe even better, their bit handles are unmatched).

After working with my father in blue collar jobs (I'm still working with him while I study accounting and create some stuff on my own), I noticed a few days ago how important tools are. I'm becoming a traditional man, so I'm starting to hoard tools for the moment I move out from my parents'. I ordered some basic tools, when the year finishes I hope to have everything needed for smaller jobs, besides the power tools! Knipex, Wera, Milwaukee, Estwing (for now). I added a couple of the tools to my bag, I was looking for a small mallet that didn't mark surfaces, also that pencil! Thanks a lot for your your videos, keep it up!!

I made Franken set ( an imperial set, with a small zippered attached . Carries metric sockets, and posidrive , and some oddments ) doubles the capability , minimal bulk increase !

Will the Knipex twin grip pliers cut tie wire?

The twin grips don’t have a wire cutter on them. They’re just pliers with a front and side gripping feature. I usually use the side cutters or the CoBolt for cutting tie wire personally.
