SO far o love them the plastic sleeve is better in the cold and i can quickly see what size it is which saves me messing about. beware though 2 of the smaller TORXs are NOT BO type they are the normal type.
That's not an issue for me but its essential you know that if you are thinking about getting a set.

I have dedicated torx drivers that fit on a 3/8 inch (close to 10mm) ratchet for using on the car and high torque applications 15T to 60T. Then I have a set with each torx bit has it's own handle for low torque applications I keep in a dedicated pouch with my small flatheads and Philips T5 to T9. I would look at the warranty since so many brand names manufacture their tools in low cost countries. I do like the magnifier on the handle as well as the ability to de-magnify as well. I have a separate magnify/de-magnify portable one so I can use it on all my tools .Continue to do your tool reviews as an alternative to continually doing ones for flashlights. Color coding is definitely the way to go with small tools like this. Keep up the great work my friend! 👍

Thanks, I find these pretty good so far and they aren't showing signs of wear yet. The colour sleeves do help even though I thought it was a gimmick, it just makes it faster to turn my head and grab the one I know I need. Will keep doing these as I get my hands on any interesting tools.

I love the colour coding! I've got Alan keys, same Kincrome set that 99% of Aussies have, and they are blue for metric and red for imperial. But I almost never need imperial and metric on the same project, but usually using 2 sizes of a set, being able to out them both down and quickly pick up the right colour is really nice. Security torx... it's more common than regular torx in most applications, I'd never buy a set of regular torx bits that weren't security, probably slightly weaker because of the hole, but if you need it you need it. I find it strange not having security on every end. I'd rather security than the the ball head it has. I've got a set of 1/4 torx security bits and they have the hole all the way down to 6 or even less, lots of laptops etc use small torx security bits these days. I'm getting more and more picky with tools I buy, I was lazy and just grabbed the regular Kincrome Alan keys that everyone here has, and had to buy another 2 sets since for different features, since. I'm sick of having multiple sets around and needing to get the right one for the job, would much rather a single set that covers everything. Which is why seeing things like this is a bit annoying, a bit of a so close, but so far situation. Love the reviews Richy, your as picky as me and don't gloss over details most people skip, even in these quick overview videos, keep up the tool reviews :)

Thanks mate I just say it as I find it, I have to say if something is not right because people spend good money on things. I agree with the so close but not quite there sentiment. I have a set of Wera allen keys you might like, they have the hex plus profile and I love that for when I have to try and loosen old or half chewed up hex nuts. will have to get a quick review of those up soon. The problem with spending loads to get a complete set that does it all is that 2 months later they just bring out yet another dam type of screw head! it always happens to me.

Very annoying when I expect German made and get that. I get why companies do this for main stream but I hope they realize it makes me think twice.

Cheers for the feedback, I've been using them a while now, I thought maybe the plastic sleeves would start to break down but they hadn't gone all funny yet. I kind of think if they somehow changed the holder a bit I might like them better, I don't hate the holder but it's a bit of a squeeze at times where if they maybe made it a clip in and out it might be better. Other than that no issues so far for me. If you have any questions on them let me know I'll try to help I've used them at work on electronics stuff. So not used them on really high torque applications yet.
