I remember in one of your other videos you also said to contact you if you had any questions or concerns about stump grinding. I was having issues with my RG55 so I emailed you with some questions and concerns I was having not only the grinder but also with Rayco, that was two years ago and I still haven't gotten a response. I've had my RG55 for three years now, I will never buy another Rayco product. I've also been dealing with Vermeer for nine years and couldn't be happier with them, especially after dealing with Rayco. Why are you on your fourth RG80?

Rayco is making a huge mistake . I bought an Rg80 with less than 400 hours. The factory INSIST on there customers NOT to buy parts from raco.When I went to look at new machines the two supposed rayco dealers in Houston Texas had no inventory at one shop. Yes,, not Real dealers just shops .And the other dealer had an rg37 in a shed out back..I walked
