I think you get it wrong.The judge showed very well he entered early using an ID of another person and he had two other people in the house.The other two left and he remained with the deceased.Later he signed in again as if he was now entering by his name in which he purportedly spent 10min.All that was doctoring of the entry book.The investigating officers establish the presence of the vehicle he was using and the phone.
