These travel videos are simply awesome! I think this is the best view of Tibet I've seen on personal videos. I love the wonderful healthy food which inspires me to keep cooking with more vegetables. You are both such a lovely couple. Thank You for bringing some of the most "Classy" travelogs and van tours to You Tube! I will keep following along as possible. I'll be 70 this year and if I had a chance, I'd definitely travel to China. My daughters were in Tianjin (?) in the early 2000's, and one of them taught in China for 6 months and the other visited. They toured the Great Wall and there was just so much to see everywhere! I'd also love to take my Class C motor home up to New England but I find myself enjoying others' journeys from my favorite couch with my little Maltese. :)

Just a tip I heard once and has helped me at altitude: Concentrate on the exhale. The inhale happens naturally-but I guess getting the carbon dioxide out is key. Hope it helps some fellow travelers! Oh and never go too high without giving yourself time to acclimate. Great vid Russos!

It is nice to see people who travel realistically have health issues once in a while - I really have enjoyed this series of your videos, the pacing was great, the videography was excellent, and the commentary was perfect. The two of you make a great couple. I wish that they had been longer, Thanks for sharing.

I was just commenting similar. I've gone a little up in the hills near Denver (around 7K feet) and felt like I had to acclimate. Takes me a few days before I want to go higher even as a person just riding in car. Forget hiking till I've had a week or more!

Thanks for this great video! I know you guys visit the Sierra Nevada mountains in CA quite a bit, that’s at 12-15k feet. It’s surprising to see how many cans of O2 Joe was going through at the same altitude there! Lack of trees in the Himalayas therefore less O2 in the air. No high mountain in CA can prepare you for the extremely thin air there! I can snowboard all day at Mammoth Mtn summit at 14k feet and never feel sick because there’s so many trees and fresh O2 everywhere. You guys have provided a great video, important to load up on O2!!
