I don't know how legit Wes is,i know he loves to talk and he is always talking about prison,i understand if he is trying to make a dollar off it but it just seems excessive,And i think alot of these stories that Wes talks about are exaggerated.I went to prison in 2004 and i was a short timer and in prison u never want any other inmates that u have lil time,so obviously if your there longer u will see more crazy stuff,and to be honest i really didn't have problems because i was older & i kept my mouth shut & stayed away from card games & the TV,if you talk to much u will definitely get slide and if u steal u will get beatdown,and the biggest problem was idiots wanted to discuss there charges,and people run scams alot,but i didn't see alot of fights,maybe 4 real fights because most of the fights were just pushing or wrestling, very few inmates could fight good,and the racial stuff is true,Blacks always would eat together and the same with whites,but its over hyped because i talked to black inmates and had no problems,most of the younger blacks were the biggest problem because they had no respect,and younger Whites also but i say younger blacks become of the numbers,they were the majority, people like Wes is a smart guy and he is a good promoter and seems believable but so does alot of prosperity preachers, some of what Wes says is true but most of it is made up.Im not trying to say prison will be easy if u get sent down because it's horrible at times because there's no air conditioning and alot of theft and if your sensitive to noise u will have a hard time, but most people can adapt to any situation but the there's a few that mentally break, but anyway just try to live a decent life and stay away from places that take your freedom
