As Wes once said, our purpose in this one life we have been given, is to "create the person we admire in every way to give them away". Be person you always needed so you can pass that onto your people.

I want to explicit what he said in the nutrition section of the video: 1g protein/kg bodyweight minus the fat equals, for an example: you're a person that weighs 70 kilograms and have 15% bodyfat (the average joe); then, around 10,5kg of your total mass sums to FAT, then, you're actually going to need 70-10,5 = 59,5.1g protein, that would mean 59,5g protein/daily for at least maintaining your bodyweight while cleansing the fat, despite the other lesser relevant macros (that should conform to the deficit you want to bring). As an gym and bioengineering student, I would probably say that being in the range of 1,4 to 1,8g protein for each kg of bodyweight fits more hypertrophy and strength building (athletes actually eat even more than that, but you aren't one, probably), so, if you are already in the phase of going through MASS GAIN, i would recommend to up a little of your protein ingestion each day, according to your goal.
