I highly doubt it, but if games workshop really wanted to, they could use this as a setup for introducing a brand new faction to the setting, which are basically the men of iron. Of course, following the theme about almost how all the races were once glorious, but are now shadows of their former selves, the men of iron are also mere shadows of the very things that nearly destroyed the galaxy all those thousands of years ago. What remains is still horrifically dangerous but nowhere near as powerful or nigh unstoppable as they were during the cybernetic revolts that led to the age of strife.

Ur-025 probably won't have any real impact on the overall lore. GW often hates setting shakeups, and bringing back the Men of Iron in any significant capacity is surely ending the status quo to be sure. ;/ I can't wait to see where the story of _Blackstone Fortress_ is going though. ;D
