Sorry to be such a pessimist, but proximity to the Dayton Mall is not a selling point. It used to be. Now it is a good place to smell synthetic marijuana on passers-by and observe the decay of what was once a great place for families to go.

They barely have enough stores to stay alive. They gonna go down like the old Dayton mall did, WC is poor, and the fights, drug sellings there make it worse

@@cam4L It is sad. I grew up in WC when it was a good place to live.
