West Coast Racers Update 8/24/19 Six Flags Magic Mountain

Well if the deadline for this to open is beginning of November (supposedly), then at maximum we have to wait 2 months and 6 days. Unfortunately (at least for me) the longer this project takes the more it drags and feels longer. I'm placing my bets that it opens right before fright fest so that crowd can come and will go on it and have 3 hour lines for it, then again that is just a hope.

Soon as June came & went i realized it wouldn't open until September but, Here we are and really i do think it will Open Around Fright Fest as well.

@@RollerCoasteraddict Yeah it's the only time that would make sense for it to open because that's the only time that's crowded between now and November and I'm guessing the park wants their audience that doesn't come for Fright Fest to go there for WCR night rides because you can't get those when the park is only open until 6pm on weekdays in what's still summer in California

They may open the coaster before the rest of the area is done! I wouldn’t be surprised by that. They still have to build the station, so it’ll be at least another month.

Maybe, I'd rather SF keep it closed until it's all complete ... It just makes the experience that much better, opening it before the rest of the area is finished would be a mistake ... It's already taken this long what's an extra month ")

Thanks, I was Dying at the Park Yesterday it was so HOT ... But, Yeah the fact that it will race every time & its a Launch Coaster & you get to do it twice, How can this ride not be good ")

Roller coaster addict @ 0:45-0:55 I just hope and pray that once Magic Mountain is finally finished with the coaster that when they start to revamp that whole area into the Underground, that they clear out all that dry brush and overgrown weeds, and FINALLY repave the entire walkways in that area....it's a total eyesore!!!
