Hiccups is your diaphragm having a spasm. Like when your leg has a spasm, it is best to stretch it. The best treatment for hiccups is to take as deep a breath as you can and then hold it. Then try and take a deeper breath without breathing out and hold that. Then one last and really try and stretch you diaphragm at the bottom of your ribs, and hold that as long as you can without passing out! 🙂 Repeat as necessary. Try it next time you have hiccups. 🙂

Please fix your internet Sloth 😩 I skipped the last review and this one is difficult too… maybe record from your nearest coffee shop or library on their WiFi? Presming you’ve tried to fix, there is likely an issue in your postcode for wifi that prevents it being good

@ I can get over it but it’s more from a growth perspective. West Ham’s online fan community will massively benefit from both of your insight as it’s the only channel that consistently discusses tactics with confidence, analytics united do too but this channel also does other content like player profiles etc, lots of room for growth imo - needs good wifi for growth!

@ yeah, annoyingly it’s only happened after I’ve upgraded my wifi to try and do exactly that, but I’ll have to figure out a way to make it work properly!

Did you notice the handbags at the end when the Wolves player pushed Bowen. Todibo was in there agitating when the Wolves guy was trying to walk away. Todibo looked like he loves a drama. Quite interesting to see.

Todibo was taking Lemina away from the situation, because they both played for Nice and were teammates for 2 years. Clearly trying to defuse, not escalate

I love your videos but Steve’s videos have been lagging for the second time now please fix this , couldn’t watch and it’s not about the hiccups his audio keeps breaking it’s terrible this was not a good video to watch

Yeah that’s my fault entirely I’m afraid! I was hoping I’d have it fixed quickly, especially when my Dad works in wifi! But unfortunately not, I will probably have to film somewhere else for a little bit, but my apologies for the lack of quality ⚒️👍🏻
