Thanks fellas, I can remember a 2-2 at the old place in 1978 when we came back from being 0-2 down.😃 I wouldn't be surprised if the score was something similar. Anyway, it's nice to have pics to look at as it makes it much easier to grasp the formations of the sides, appreciate that. As for the match itself, I just hope we give a good account of ourselves, of course, as you mentioned. The travel back from Portugal might also be a factor. The other thing we need to do is to stop this bad habit of starting too slowly, although we can cause them some problems as we get into the game. I like the directness of Jarrod and Sommerville for this match up. COYI

@@andyarmit3284 I was in the North Bank. Do you remember the herb who ran onto the pitch and punched Malcolm McDonald on the jaw after the 2nd goal? MM just stood there stunned and the boy who did it got away I think. He got back into the South Bank or it might have been the East side corner near the SB.

@@andyarmit3284 I don't remember the rugby tackle from Tommy Taylor, on MM but a lot of things were allowed to go, weren't they? MM scored two goals and then we got a late, late equaliser. Shame we couldn't do it yesterday. As for 77/78 Horrible season as we went down, of course. But some great games. The old ground was something else, wasn't it?

Good work good show, thanks. Two points: Firstly managers, there have been questions about the suitability of both coaches, both have recently performed well and found form and tactical improvements. A pivotal game for both managers where the fans are concerned and possibly the owners too, depending on the style of play they show in their teams. If either manager locks up and prioritises defense over attack and doesn't deliver that may well go negatively for them. Secondly set pieces, Arsenal will continue to put a man or men on our keeper at set pieces, if we don't have a plan to deal with this it'll be remiss and show a lack of ability in coaching.

Putting your coach in same bracket with Arteta is insane. What have been the question of suitability from Arteta? Your manager performed well only against Newcastle. Arsenal played well against forest and sporting.. I don’t think the arsenal owners are concerned, but I can agree the fans might. I don’t see why Arteta will lockdown and prioritize defense over attack. When in the last 2 games, they scored 8 goals😂😂. I don’t see what you mean by that defense shit stuff you people love bringing on. They have been down to 10men once at home and twice away from home. Odegard is back and they play one of the best football when he his available.

I worry about Paqueta playing deep. I think he's susceptible to being too easily dispossessed. I don't recall that being an issue at Newcastle, given that there seemed to frequently be an easy layoff for him when he was pressed. Keep it scoreless beyond the 60 min mark, and their increasingly rattled nerves could nick us a goal. Let's call it a byline dink into the box for the headed winner in the 89th. A boy must dream! Regardless of the outcome, I'm looking forward to this one at home. I definitely want to see us bring some dark art physicality, too. I would maybe like to see Mavropanos in for Todibo to feed a spoonful of bitter irony to the opposition baby in that 89th-minute header for the win. Sub Coufal in at some point for some added bulldog grit and bite at the back. Hope it's a tale of missed chances for the opposition and a good showing for the Hammers riding that away win wave. Dare I dream a 1-0 scoreline. ⚒️

Difficult game for us, but Antonio played well but I honestly think he can bring inn Ings at the 60th minute instead of 75th and up mark because given time Ings can be quite impactful, also Antonio looks nackered after an hour
