Thanks, yes Alan managed to film everything early in the cine era and rediscover it with time to edit during his railwayman's retirement. More UK vintage rail coming soon.

6:14 I wonder if those Pullman camping coaches survived? It would be nice if they were restored.

The North Yorkshire Moors Rly has a Pullman Train - maybe they got one or more of their vehicles from Camping Coaches - which they converted BACK to Pullmans to run in it. Why not ask them?

I drove up to Malaig a couple of days ago. Nothing has changed except it's a fine, well maintained road. The trains still pull in.
