Emma takes a good lead, & determined one she is I can tell. I wondered if you would be walking alongside others doing the route, I suppose as long as everyone is positive it keeps the moral up? .8 mile story...lol "get on with it" (she says) Glad to know the toe was ok :) It's nice to know how Tyndrum was pronounced, I have always thought it "tin" rather than "tine"... love the Green Well Shop.. bought my midge head net there way back in 2009. Crack on both ! atb Al

I’m onto day 5 of your adventures and have to say you two are just amazing. Your wit and constant positivity it’s infectious. I’ve been at the planning stages for about a month or so of doing this and you’ve both made me even more eager to do this trek. I don’t think you bickered once or you edited it out lol, thank you so much for entertaining me throughout and I just loved your adventures on the west highland way. Emma you’re a trooper I felt every pain you both suffered I loved your relationship and joy 🤩 both stars 💗🥾and I agree wherever you go the hiking community is incredible

Wow. What an amazing comment. Thank you so much 🙌 there definitely were bickers (we still don't talk about day 3 😂) I'm so jealous of you doing the way. We want to do it again! You'll have the best time. Enjoy every second! X

On the subject of baggage transfer and the guy who nearly fell over. The only people who need baggage transfer are those who evidentially pack too much unneeded stuff. I'm amazed at the size and weights of some peoples packs and gear, it's ridiculous.

...or the people who want to do a photography trip and may well have a rucksack with 12-15kg of camera in to carry between each stage without the extra bulk and weight of camping gear. Not everyone just wants to plod from A to B doing nothing else en-route.
