You may already have been told this :-) but in Scotland it's spelled WHISKY..... not whiskey. And Edinburgh is not pronouned Edin-burr-OH ... it's pronounced Edinburr-ah. burrah, all one syllable. I love your blog! I've been reading for the past few weeks and can't imagine what I will do when I catch up and run out of blog posts.
