We need more pet laws. No letting cats run loose and must get them fixed. There are way too many homeless and feral cats because people are careless and irresponsible

@@MikeG82I have no problem with spay and neuter or keeping cats inside. But to tell Me what to do in my own house. How would you like it if I decided no family have over 3 children? My neighbors kids are a lot more annoying than my inside pets.

Find out how many children Brian has and make the limit one less. So, if he has two children, the limit becomes one. He will have 2 months to decide which child he wants to keep. Oh, of course, there is no grandfather clause.
