people abandon their animals because the shelters are always full. she said it herself. people ask the shelter for help, the shelter basically says no, and the animal just gets abandoned. i really wish these stories would start highlighting the reality of these situations. taping up these animals in boxes was insane and this person clearly didn't care about them. but there are a lot of people struggling with money right now who are being told no when they ask for help from shelters. like stop ignoring this actual fact.

Sorry. Not jumping through hoops to adopt in PA. I can easily go to Ohio and buy a pet without having to sign my private information over. It's easier to adopt a child than it is an animal these days.

Shelters need to do this for the animals protection I agree and should be stricter with laws to prevent animal abuse..
