Go to Dirtwater and ask the bartender about that small box you learnt you'll get something from it. Just wait till you find someone big, Gary will do like 3 damage to them. You should keep skull chips and bones, since you can learn how to summon the dead from those necromancy books. Bloodbeans is a pretty handy ability to have, smelling salts are important to you since you can do magic more. Minesplainin' is a handy perk to have. You can put snakeskins on your hat, but only one! The game does get harder but as of now it's pretty easy, check out the railway camp sometime soon. I'd also say you're powerful enough to go north, where there's a usefulness. Nah I don't think the goblet did anything, you should eat items you get from the demon cows because they will eventually make you Cowrrupted which is actually a good thing, plus six to all damage.

Dang I sold all the bone bits, though I can easily farm them again. I was wondering if I was still in the easy part or not since I one shot a lot of things now. Gary does like to do the bopping. Strong multi bops is Gary specialty. I ate a couple things but need a potion for my liver or something.
