He has limited options because he foolishly started an all-out war and failed to finish his opponent in a couple of weeks like his military planned for when they invaded with too few troops. He had plenty of options pre-2/24/22 & they narrowed down as his military failures inside Ukraine ramped up during 2022... Now his options are reduced to: win something or if not don't lose...
