West Placer Development Update Webinar 2024

The campus is a great idea. However I hope that we can have more mixed use development, and bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure in the surrounding development.

After all this housing development with no affordable housing components, one single "potential" affordable housing project is mentioned. Now your BOS and CDRA are having to scramble to force by emergency means high density housing into places it doesn't belong. Add up the number of times the word "planning" is used in this presentation. These people think they are above you, you should teach them who they are responsible to.
