You have no idea how much I needed this prayer that you shared just an hour ago. I struggle with inexplicable anxiety, and it’s consumed me with the holidays approaching. It was no coincidence that this playlist came up first, nor that I happened to notice your comment. Bless you for writing this prayer at this time. God has obviously penned this message to me through whatever prompted you to write it. Thank you so much.

00:08:03 is definitely O Little Town of Bethlehem continuing until 00:11:57 00:23:30 is O Holy Night 00:28:40 sounds totally like Silent Night but it doesn’t sound like the lyrics at all 00:30:55 is Joy to the World 00:33:36 is Away in a Manger 00:40:24 is God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen 00:43:02 is O Come All Ye Faithful, continuing until 00:47:24 00:47:24 is It Lay Upon a Midnight Clear 00:55:41 until 00:59:11 is In The Bleak Midwinter arranged by Holst (my favourite Carol and my favourite version, the Darke version never does it for me) 00:59:10 is A White Christmas 1:02:13 is Once in Royal David’s City That’s the best I can do right now tho the one at 00:21:00 is familiar to me and I’ll be annoyed when someone finds it out! With the end of my last Christmas in Oxford, this has been particularly touching :)

@@jamiengo2343at 21 it is “The Holly and the Ivy”. There are two music versions but I think this one is the more traditional. The holly and the ivy, now both are full well grown, Of all the trees that are in the wood, the holly bears the crown. Oh, the rising of the sun and the running of the deer, The playing of the merry organ, sweet singing in the choir. The holly bears a blossom as white as lily flower, And Mary bore sweet Jesus Christ to be our sweet saviour Oh, the rising of the sun and the running of the deer, The playing of the merry organ, sweet singing in the choir. The holly bears a berry as red as any blood, And Mary bore sweet Jesus Christ to do poor sinners good. Oh, the rising of the sun and the running of the deer, The playing of the merry organ, sweet singing in the choir. The holly bears a prickle as sharp as any thorn, And Mary bore sweet Jesus Christ on Christmas Day in the morn. Oh, the rising of the sun and the running of the deer, The playing of the merry organ, sweet singing in the choir. The holly bears a bark as bitter as any gall, And Mary bore sweet Jesus Christ for to redeem us all. Oh, the rising of the sun and the running of the deer, The playing of the merry organ, sweet singing in the choir.
