Bangalore & Hyderabad has more High Net worth Individuals than Chennai . No one settles there is the biggest testimony to the fact that it's merely a Work Place not place to invest in Settlements unlike Gurugram ,NOIDA, New Delhi &, Chandigarh Or Mumbai ,Navi Mumbai & Pune to some Extent That's why Both Mumbai & Delhi is getting 2 Mega International Airports Jhevar will be one of the biggest Airport in Asia situated in NOIDA . & Navi Mumbai will be massive Airport with world class logistics facility & connectivity If Gujarat would not have distributed it's development more evenly into Surat , Ahmedabad , Gandhinagar , Vadodra & Rajkot to make just one big City Say" Ahmedabad " like what West Bengal does with Kolkata . They would have been third mighty Urban Cluster in India . However with the development of GIFT City 🏙️ , they would replace many big cities in India in next 15 years . Also , You need business ,Business which provides high income opportunities through business or professions to develop cities . Kolkata lack business even compared to other emerging Cities .

both runways can be used simultaneously?!?!?! I read a long time back that inspite of having 2 runways, both will NEVER be used at the same time because there is not sufficient gap between them, but naturally rohit is blissfully unaware of things like these 🤣🤣🤣 the only solution is going for a new airport but due to pathetic economy of WB, that will not materialise anytime soon..
