When I think of Catra having a "princessy face", I think back to this random idea I had when I first heard of the series: Catra being a princess. I imagine that the magicats were a nomadic race but still had leaders among the family groups/tribes, until the Horde wiped them all out. Catra would be the daughter of a tribe chieftain, a sort of "princess" with or without a magical power like the others.
