I so enjoyed this entire concert! Loved the music selections and was enthralled by Pedro’s solo work on the English horn. So proud of my granddaughter Alyssa Hiener who performed on oboe in the double reed ensemble! Thrilling!

I am so proud to be a bassoonist with the Double Reed Invitational. I hope we have the opportunity to play together again soon. Bohemian Rhapsody is one of my favorite pieces of music. Performing it with these amazing reed players was a great honor I never expected to have in my musical career.
