I'm considering the Fan Kit. How have the fans been working since you got them? Would you recommend any other accessories for the weather

Mine still work no problem. I don't have other Gunner specific accessories. I do take other measures like finding shade, or using a sun cloth and sometimes all of the above depending on the day.

So I’ve seen in a picture that somebody actually mounted the fan to the front door of the kennel?!? Is that doable with the hardware in the kit?

From my understanding, the hardware the kit comes with will work for that, however, not on the small or medium kennel because the door is too small to fit the size of the fan. On those smaller sized kennels, you'd have to mount the fan on the side.

Most of my videos are taken with my iPhone. Some, like the water or quad videos are taken with a GoPro. I've also taken a couple with my laptop.

it seems like a great crate, the design of the fan is pretty cool, but the way to hang it on the crate is terrible, that bar inside, IT IS DANGEROUS!!!!, there is no way I would hang that inside, either the dog pocks an eye, injures himself with it, the mouth, trying to bite on it or something similar, WHAT WERE THEY THINKING!!!!! it is an incident waiting to happen. I think you could use a cord and pass it through the holes, may be a better idea.
