I buy harbor freight wrenches and cut the box end to slip over the hose. I also made them short to fit in tight spots. I have the an wrench but I needed a short wrench and this is what i came up with. Now I use that more than the an wrench.

Get the Klein cable cutter. The Allstar is the same, but they jacked up the price.
